GENERAL CONDITIONS

The properties we manage

All properties are privately owned by our clients and are hosted and managed through Irish Stay Collection.

Booking Deposit

• A 50% booking deposit of the total rental cost of the property plus a non￾refundable.

• If the booking is for a special event or festival, Irish Stay Collection may require full payment at the time of booking.

Balance of Payment

• Full payment of holiday home rental must be made to Irish Stay Collection no later than 7 days prior to the rental commencement date.

• Late payments may result in the Holiday Home booking(s) being cancelled without advance client notification. In the case of special offers the balance due date may differ.

Payment Methods

• Irish Stay Collection accepts payment by Debit or Credit Card through Stripe or by Bank Transfer.

• Payments by cheque or Postal Orders are not accepted.

Cancelation by Customer

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund minus a €25 administration fee.

Irish Stay Collection

• Cancellations made between 24 hours and 8 days before the date of arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee and a €50 administration fee.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of arrival will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Major Changes to Your Holiday

• Occasionally, Irish Stay Collection may need to make major changes to the price or accommodation making up your holiday with us. If we tell you

about any of these changes after we have confirmed your holiday booking, you may either:

o Accept the new arrangements offered by us; or

o Cancel your holiday with us and receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Group Bookings

• Irish Stay Collection does not accept bookings from groups of parties under the age of 21, or hen/stag parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to refuse to check-in such groups and will not refund any monies paid in advance in the event of non-disclosure of the age of

the occupants.

Age Restrictions

• No guest under the age of 21 can book a Irish Stay Collection property. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by at least one person

over 21 years of age.

Complaints

• In the unlikely event of a complaint, it should be brought to our attention immediately. Failure to register a complaint may invalidate a future claim.

Failing a satisfactory solution, you should contact Irish Stay Collection and a written complaint should be logged within 14 days of departure.

Behaviour

Irish Stay Collection reserves the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the consumer either prior to or during a holiday is likely to

endanger the safety or well-being of other consumers in the party or that of the consumer himself.

Accommodation Capacity

Irish Stay Collection

For Insurance reasons, the total number of guests staying in each holiday home must not exceed the maximum capacity.

Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Irish Stay Collection’s control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, the company

may need to alter or cancel your booking.

• If Irish Stay Collection is forced to cancel your booking due to Force Majeure, you will be offered the option to carry forward any unused

payments to another holiday at the same location within 12 months of your original booking.

• You will not be entitled to a refund or compensation for any other expenses or inconvenience caused by the cancellation.

Liability

• Irish Stay Collection, its employees, and agents are not liable for any damages, loss, or personal injury that may occur during your stay.

• Guests are responsible for securing their belongings and are advised to take out travel insurance to cover any potential losses.

Default by the Customer

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that all documentation and details provided by Irish Stay Collection are correct.

• If any discrepancies are found, guests must notify Irish Stay Collection immediately.

Bed Linen and Towels

• Bed linen and towels are provided in all properties.

• Additional linen and towels may be purchased upon request.

Cots and Highchairs

• Cots and highchairs are available in most properties upon request.

Confirmation of Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• In the event that Irish Stay Collection is unable to accommodate your desired property, the company will offer you alternative options.

• If you are not satisfied with the alternative options, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Arrival & Departure Time

Our check in times is from 4pm and check out times are strictly by 11am. We ask you to advise in advance of your arrival time and check you have all your check

in instructions to hand along with directions for a smooth process.

Right to Decline

Irish Stay Collection reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of final payment.

In addition, the company is relieved of all liability should reserve accommodation is not available due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance,

alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation, or a full refund will be offered. However, no refund or liability will apply to a situation where a

guest is requested to vacate, or leaves of their own accord, prior to declaration of the booking. The Company reserves the right to decline a booking for reasons of been required to be in compliance with Government regulations regarding self￾isolation of Guests travelling from outside Ireland as many of our homes are not

suitable for self-isolation purposes.

Smoke-Free and Drug-Free Properties

All Irish Stay Collection are smoke-free and drug-free property. Smoking, using smokeless tobacco products, vaping (including e-cigarettes), or cultivating,

possessing, or using illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises, indoors and outdoors. This includes, but is not limited to, the dwelling unit, all common

areas, and any balconies or patios. A violation of this clause will result in a cleaning fee of €200 to be deducted.
